Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
- Custom or personalized orders may take additional time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
- We offer standard and express shipping options within India and internationally.
- Estimated delivery times: Quickest deliveries to Tier 1 cities would be 3-4 days other cities within a week, exceptions for remote locations.
- Domestic: 7 business days
- International: as per prevalent global shipping times
- Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, courier service disruptions, or regional restrictions.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and selected shipping method.
- Free shipping is available on orders above [₹449] within India.
- International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
4. Order Tracking

5. Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failure to accept delivery, or any other issue, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.
Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Return Eligibility
- We accept returns within 15 days from the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Customized or personalized jewelry is not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
2. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our support team at care@zevarvani.com with your order details.
- Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping address.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- In case of missing items in return orders, i.e., where the customer claims to have returned multiple products but actual pickup doesn't include all said items, the company has a right to deduct an amount up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund amount. This shall extend to promotional products, including but not limited to free gifts and silver coins.
- Approved refunds will be processed within business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed for defective or damaged items. If you need a replacement, contact us within 2 days of delivery.
